Source Connection and Twin Flame Journey
What I found within the Twin Flame community is the lack of Divine Connection from within. On an ascension path, those who do connect with the higher form of energy, reap tremendous rewards. In this article, I will explain in detail why I feel connection to the higher energy, Source, God or the Universe is vital.
Firstly, everyone should find out which Ascended Masters is guiding their own Twin Flame journey. Why I recommend this is because as you go further into your journey, you will be asking their constant guidance. Be it a sign whether your beloved is your Twin Flame, executing a 72 hour Twin Flame test to validate one’s true Twin Flame, or guidance on what healers or psychic to seek etc. The more connection you have with them, the more rewarding your spiritual path will be.
Your Ascended Masters will guide you each step of the way. You may know this by your deeper bond or connection with them via signs and syncs, and by a good reader. Your Ascended Masters may not be as per your own religious conditioning or belief. Try to have an open mind on this.
In this article, I will walk you through my connection with Source and how they have been with me all my life. Reading this article, perhaps at some point it may provide clue and give you a sense of direction, or simply you will realize that something is much bigger than your own romance with your Twin Flame, but rather a journey to the Divine in Oneness. For those who have experienced similar cases would have a sense of idea what I am referring.
In my life, I had a love and hate relationship with God. To you God may be in energy form, Universe, a figure you believe as per your own accustomed faith or anyone you are drawn to. If you believe God to be a form of a leaf, then so be it. Keep it simple. The most simplest way you can know is the way you envision them, as they will appear to you in that form. Therefore, it is easier when you think of them in an embodiment rather than energy. If you have a strong sense of Clairsentience, you may feel their presence as well. I found many envision Archangels as warriors, and some vision them as Angelic Beings. However way you perceive them to be, is how they will come to you. Faith, Trust, Believe.
Faith – complete trust or confidence in someone or something.
Trust – firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.
Belief – an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. Trust, faith, or confidence in someone or something.
You can see how it is all interconnected. One is never explained without the other. Same way our Twin Flame journey is in trinity form, You, your Twin Flame and Source.
My all-time Angelic Number is 111, an Alchemy Number in manifestation mode – You, your Twin Flame and Source. In fact, I was not surprised when I ran into the Hebrew Scripture.
Why I personally had love and hate relationship with God before my awakened state of consciousness, aka before my awakening as a Twin Flame, is that whenever I wanted someone, it didn’t work out. Love department was a huge letdown for me and I always blamed God for bestowing this unluckiness upon me. Today as I look back, I thank Him for not fulfilling this desire for me. Imagine what I would have missed out on had I just had a normal life. This definitely happened for my betterment and for my highest and greatest good.
When I was single before my marriage, a priest told me, in order to get the guy you are in love with, do 16 Mondays of fasting to Lord Shiva and write “Om Namah Shivaye” in red pen 108 times daily for 108 days straight. Then throw the written piece of paper daily in the river. I did do it.

This was my second 16 Monday fast to Lord Shiva with no reward.
When I got married, I had completed my third 16 Monday fast to Lord Shiva. Looking back, my marriage wasn’t anything great, but I did learn many Karmic lessons with no reward. When my Twin Flame friends had their first born, I paid them a visit to see their daughter. At that time, I was not aware of Twin Flames nor did I know they themselves were one. My friend’s husband can read energy so he told me about Lord Shiva. He could see my devotion to the Lord. This stunned me a bit when he revealed that Lord Shiva is always with me. I was in gratitude, knowing my devotion to him did not go to a waste all those years.
A few years ago, I decided to set up a water fountain outside of my house with Shiva Lingam. The lingam is a votary aniconic object found in the sanctum of Shiva temples and private shrines that symbolizes Shiva. Shiva lingam symbolizes creation and cosmic energy. The worship of Shiva Lingam represents the union of Shiva and Shakti (Parvati) resulting in the creation of the Universe, hence, he is worshipped in Shiva Lingam form.
About a month later, I noticed a stone, which appeared to be another Shiva Lingam. I could not believe my eyes when I saw it. The stone had very distinct markings, leading me to believe that it was not there during the initial set up of the fountain. I was truly humbled and honored to receive such an auspicious omen.

I remember asking Lord Shiva in March of 2017, “So is this how you want me to live for the rest of my life? Is this it for me? Will my life waste away like this being unhappily married?” During that time, I met my Catalyst Twin Flame who catapulted me to leave my marriage placing my happiness first. I figured, “If it’s not him, it will be someone better. At least I will be free to choose the life I was always meant to live.” As my intention was set forth to the Universe, I began the process of emptying my full cup with all life’s abundance alone. Turned out along with few valuable life lessons, my Catalyst Twin’s Soul contract ended with me and new path formed with all my dreams coming into reality.
Fifteen months forward, my Twin Flame walked into my life, knocking the wind of my sails. Ironically, this was during my fourth 16 Monday fast to Lord Shiva. In fact, our first time meeting in person was on a Monday June 11th during the fast. Before meeting my Twin that evening, I went to the Hindu Temple to offer milk to Lord Shiva, “I am leaving everything in your hands now and you see it through, whatever is in store for me,” I told him. Did I get my reward this time? I think so…in every aspect, how I envisioned it to be, from my magnificent Twin Flame to the amazing life and Twin Flame journey in all its essence.
As my gratitude and devotion to Lord Shiva, ever since I have met my Twin Flame, I only consume all white colored food on Mondays. Since devotees all over the world mainly offer white colored fruit and flowers in his prayer, this became my tribute to him. When my Twin Flame and I exchanged pictures on WhatsApp, my own resurrected Shivalinga and his photos were saved automatically a few days apart in my phone gallery feed. I knew it was significant sign, though it wasn’t revealed to me until a couple of months later that he is my Twin Flame.
When I saw Shiva-Shakti image on the resurrected Shivalinga, I knew they were giving me a very significant message but I didn’t understand at that time what they were conveying to me until I read Sabriye from Twin Flame Tribe’s article on Ascended Masters. Then it dawned me that this was a clue from them as my Ascended Masters, guiding my own Twin Flame journey.
The year I met my Twin, on Karva Chauth fast, a fast Hindu women perform for the longevity of their beloved, while driving to work, I asked Lord Shiva, “If you exist, show me a rainbow.” Forty seconds later, I almost had a heart attack when he showed me a giant rainbow in the sky. I was so disappointed when I couldn’t take a picture of the rainbow, so later he showed up in my Facebook feed in rainbow colors, a rare sight to see in his pictures.
One day, I asked Lord Ganesha to complete half a rainbow displaying in the sky to confirm if I was on the right path. He didn’t complete the rainbow that moment, which was a bit disappointing, but he did show up in my Facebook feed later that day in rainbow confetti colors. I was so overjoyed to see it.
One day, a bit frustrated of offering Goddess Kaali limes with no results, while driving I argued with her, “Give me one reason why I should offer you limes on Fridays?” Not even a minute later, she showed my Twin Flame’s first name on a Real Estate Board. I nearly had a heart attack as his name to show up so quickly was indeed one in a thousand chance. From then onwards, I never questioned her again. Every Friday, she gets her lime offering. Also, for the last 10 years plus, I have kept nine night (Navratri) fast to Goddess Shakti.
In my lifetime, I have completed five sets of 16 Monday Shiva Fast. Just before the photographer took my aura polaroid pictures, I called upon Shiva-Shakti to join me. They did but in another manifestation, Lord Jesus and Mother Mary.
In one of my Reiki session, Lord Jesus showed up in a brown hooded robe with no hands and feet. My healer told me he had come to me in his Spirit Form.
Sometimes we create a block with Divine by not accepting and surrendering to what may be ordained for future. Chances are you are blocking your flow with God or the Universe due to certain reasons. My only advice to you all is to be open to receive any abundance that are meant to come your way. This is a spiritual path and without Divine Connection, there is no ebb and flow with the Universe.
Below are some indicators on why you are not able to connect with Source.
Forced religious conditioning, programing, or upbringing as a child.- Past life trauma on a subconscious level stemming from being condemned for your belief or practice.
- Disappointment with Source, like mine when you felt your desires were not fulfilled at that time.
- Ego is getting in the way instead of allowing the experience to flow in.
- Lacking trust, faith, belief that all is in order and not accepting how things are at the moment.
- Limiting your belief system and not being ready for change and acceptance, nor fully surrendering to your spiritual path.
One does not have to go to Temples and Churches to connect with God or Source Energy. Do what is comfortable for you as per what you perceive them to be. Choose what you resonate with most, for men created false belief system not God, so why sabotage your spiritual experience with them.
Below are standard must have for an altar or shrine at your home, but you can expand from here. Some things to look out for as you bond with your altar is the presence of energy and whomever you are tending. Create the space from your heart and intuition.
Altar or Shrine at Home
- Find an area in your place where you can setup your permanent altar.
- Get a small table, bookcase, shelf or cupboard. To give them respect, do not set your altar directly on the floor.
- Purify the space with smudging tools like Sage or Paolo Santo.
- Decorative cloth to lay on the surface to create sacred space.
- You are inviting Ascended Masters in your home. Please ensure that you keep the altar neat, clean and tidy. Give them honor and respect.
- Use fake flowers or real ones.
- Get figurines or pictures of who Source is to you as per your faith or belief. You can try Metaphysical store, Etsy, Amazon or any online reputable seller.
- Candles and incense.
- Small bell to purify energy from time to time.
- Tend to the altar regularly.
- For offerings, place either dry fruit or nuts, and water. You can leave those there and change them occasionally. Once you have switched them, discard the old back to nature.
- Food, fruits, juice, water or milk. Some also offer alcohol. You can offer these to consume after an hour or so once they have blessed by them.
Once you get into the flow of working with Divine Energy, some of the signs and syncs to watch for is listed below. Be baffled by their magnificent energy and miracles.
- When candles are initially lit, you will hear cracking sound.
- Lit candles will do a snake like dance.
- Your incense when initially lit, will have sparks and crackles.
- Spirits will move objects from altar to prove their presence.
- You will see orbs around it.
- The water you gave as offering will have tiny bubbles.
Solfeggio Tones
Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 7 tone scale used in sacred music, including the Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to deliver spiritual blessings when sung in harmony. Each Solfeggio tone contains a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your mind, body and spirit in perfect harmony. From our Universe, Planets, Sun, Moon, Stars including any living organisms or matter are made up of energy and vibrations. Musical frequencies and mantras are sacred form of vibration. While tuning to this, be it listening in the background as you go about your day, to playing in the background while sleeping is believed to have many healing benefits. Below each frequency is linked to each Chakra and what it specifically aids.
Root Chakra – 396 Hz (UT): Turning grief into joy, liberating guilt, and fear.
Sacral Chakra – 417 Hz (RE): Undoing situations and facilitating change of order.
Solar Plexus Chakra – 528 Hz (MI): Transformation, miracles and DNA or cellular repair.
Heart Chakra – 639 Hz (FA): Reconnecting and balancing all relationships.
Throat Chakra – 741 Hz (SOL): Solving problems, expressions, and solutions.
Third Eye Chakra – 852 Hz (LA): Awakening intuition and returning to Spiritual Order.
Crown Chakra – 963 Hz: Highest plane of consciousness and intimate connection with God.
