Purpose Of Twin Flames
In my one hundredth blog edition, I decided to add a separate topic regarding the purpose of Twin Flames. Is there a divine purpose for their incarnation here on earth or they are simply just a couple living another romantic story. As a Twin Flame teacher, I always get this question from my followers and clients so here is my take on this.
In the last eight years, I have learnt many things from my own journey and teaching the rest. Twin Flames are not just another couple with boy meeting girl, and their romance story. Let’s face it, if this was the only thing that Twin Flames are supposed to endure, you wouldn’t be here reading this article. In this article we will dive deep into the main purpose of being in Twin Flame journey and why in this particular lifetime, this is all about transformation of self, to become who they were always meant to become.
Twin Flames are not meant to live an ordinary life where you meet your love of a lifetime; then the boy and girl lives happily ever after, nor is it about limerence. The whole purpose is far more greater than one can imagine.
Soul Contracts
Everyone who is here on earth is living a soul contract. Before you incarnated as a spiritual being, you wanted to live and experience specific parts of being a human. It is believed that everyone on a soul level is a Twin Flame but not everyone chose to experience it in this lifetime. This is not part of their soul contract or their soul agreement.
This then brings me to the topic about Twin Flames who did choose specifically to live a Twin Flame experience in this lifetime. Twin Flames is a duo pair with one soul that was split between two in the beginning of their soul origin. They are two halves who after splitting lived many lifetimes separately and as well as together in the course of their soul journey.
Many assume this is not possible as when the souls split into two, they are not whole. This part is debunked as there is nothing visible of any Twin Flames not being whole. They are simply two individuals that have the same soul agreement and are exact vibrational blueprint of each other. Rather than two souls split into two and not being whole, on the contrary they in fact complement each other in every way. They are mirror souls who compliment the good, the bad, and the ugly all at the same time. They mirror anything and everything from their strengths, looks, habits, personality, their wounding, their triggers and so much more. The list is endless.
Because they lived together and separately in many lifetimes, they also brought past life repressed stories. Both came here to heal and clear past stories and karma as part of their soul contract.
How To Know If You Are A Twin Flame
From what I can see, about 90% of Twin Flames learnt on their own that they are a Twin Flame in their journey. They knew from childhood that they were not ordinary people living an ordinary life. They knew that they were meant to do something great. Most wouldn’t know that they are a Twin Flame until much later in life.
The reason this is the case is because their soul (higher self) will not give them this information prematurely. The soul is the supreme leader and knows when to deliver such information. If they deliver such information prematurely, it can be catastrophic to the individual. Timing is everything, and the soul (higher self) knows it well.
For most Twin Flames, they learn about being a Twin Flame after they meet their counterpart. During the initial spiritual awakening, they learn on their own that they are a Twin Flame and the person they have met is their Twin Flame. Information can be given to them via social media, dreams, clairvoyance or simple knowing (claircognigance) that they are in fact a Twin Flame.
The whole process is quite fascinating and magical for all. Moments of disbelief also prevails as they absorb this information and come to terms with it. Acceptance is not very difficult for most Twin Flames as they somehow knew or felt this to be true for them. They are not in doubt about being a Twin Flame and this part alone is very profound and magical.
This is not true that Twin Flames are chosen ones and are part of 144,000 chosen souls to bring healing to earth. This is a false ego based concept that Twin Flames are greater than others. In fact this is far from it. Realistically and logically, most Twin Flames are way too occupied to become who they were meant to become as part of their soul agreement and destiny rather than to focus being “the chosen ones”.
So if you do hear this in the spiritual community, this is all a false belief. If you hear a Twin Flame saying this, they are basing this on false knowledge and ego based wounding to be greater than anyone else. That was never any Twin Flame’s purpose.
Signs And Syncs
Signs and syncs are an important aspect of Twin Flames. All Twin Flames see signs upon their awakening. Signs are coded messages for Twin Flames. Angel numbers such as 11, 111, 1111, 717, 333 become meaningful to the collectives. As messages pour in through symbols, numbers and things, it becomes a navigation tool for the journey ahead. This is also orchestrated by their higher self for direction of the journey, healing and prophetic messages.
All Twin Flames use this kind of communication with spirits and nature to attain insights of the journey, divine mission and healing.
Meeting Your Twin Flame
Love is the driving force that started it all. Love brought them together in the first place and love is the reason why they begin doing their shadow work. This is the only type of soul connection that allows such deep inner work and transformation on a soul and vibrational level.
Because both mirror each other on their core beliefs and wounding, the couple have no choice but to heal and integrate their journey into a massive healing process. As they heal and integrate their journey into oneness, they begin to illuminate a natural glowing light within them.
Through this very integration, they are able to radiate this love to all spirits around them. Because we are all energy and vibration, Twin Flames are able to harness love within themselves and radiate to others around them, hence why the energy around them is so illuminated. Twin Flames are light workers illuminating the earth into a higher vibration and this is their sole purpose.
None of this is done intentionally as being the “chosen ones”. Healing was their destiny through love which started it all. The soul knows that only such profound love can make a human go through such healing process.
Ascension To Higher Consciousness
Because Twin Flames are light bodies, they are fast tracked to an awakening so that they can ascend into a higher consciousness. This is why Twin Flame journey can become very dramatic and excruciating, which often is misleading to others in the spiritual community. Many mistake the experiences, the highs and the lows of the journey and their love for their Twin Flame as limerence and obsession. This is far from it.
There is a higher reason why this happens to the pair. The soul dangles one’s Twin Flame so that they can begin their shadow work. As the divine feminine begins the shadow work, it triggers the divine masculine to do the same. Whatever inner work the divine feminine does, it has a knock off effect on their Twin Flame. This is the only connection that allows the pair to become the version they were destined to become.
Some Twin Flames are believed to do the ascension work in an expedited manner because they are believed to be in their final life cycle in this lifetime. Twin Flames are old souls who have lived many lifetimes and have gained what they need to gain from the lives they have lived. This is different for all but there is a possibility of some Twin Flames to be in the final stage of their soul journey before they reconnect back to source energy through ascension.
Soul Agreement With Karmics
Balancing karmic ties is pivotal part of Twin Flames. Many karmic partners are part of their past life which means that they have some sort of karma that needs to be balanced. Karmic comes from the word karma. Karmic in this lifetime could have shown up as their divine masculine’s karmic partner or divine feminine’s partner. They play a scripted part of the journey based on soul contracts.
A good example of a soul agreement between the dynamics is that before birthing, a soul contract was formed by the Twin Flame pair to be born with very specific soul experience. In order for that specific soul experience to take place, they needed a karmic to assist. Another soul then volunteers to be karmic in the role as that soul also needs similar experience as part of their soul growth.
Most soul contracts are formed this way for those who are here living a human experience. On a soul level everyone is equal and want to heal and grow by experiencing certain stories as part of their soul growth. If I have confused you, then here is a scenario to help you understand what I mean.
One Twin Flame made a vow to their counterpart in a past life. A karmic soul then volunteers to help both Twin Flames to keep the vow active in this lifetime. The reason why the karmic soul would have volunteered to assist by being one of the Twin Flame’s karmic is because this soul wanted to experience something similar as they also made a vow to their counterpart. In this scenario, there could be a possibility of two Twin Flame pairs being incarnated in this lifetime or simply just the three souls from which only the pair is living a Twin Flame experience.
This is why understanding soul contracts is important so that if Twin Flames do have karmic present in the connection, most likely there’s a story which ties it all to the soul experience. Past life work will really help solve some of these mysteries that have come as blocks. This is why Twin Flames are far from being in toxic connections. It’s all part of their soul agreement and karma clearing.
Life Purpose Of Twin Flames
Twin Flames are not only meant to spread love and healing to the world but because they are destined to be light workers, some then follow suit in their mission work as part of their destiny. Most Twin Flames get insights on their own through spiritual downloads on what their higher calling is and then they follow suit.
The whole point of Twin Flames is to heal, grow lead and teach others the importance of becoming the best version of themselves. Through their own soul growth, they become examples of becoming one consciousness. The purpose is bigger than their connection with their divine counterpart. This is why being in a relationship simply is not the purpose although that does become inevitable at some point for both Twin Flames.
Destiny, Fate And Free Will
I wrote an article on this. Most confuse destiny and fate. Destiny is not changeable. One is born with their destiny. Destiny is all about becoming. Quotes like, “He was destined to become great” circulates because this is the ultimate truth. It’s a soul’s nature to become. If people could change destiny, then they could cheat death. Whatever is meant to happen will happen no matter what.
What is changeable is fate. Fate is the in between experiences of good and the bad which is interchangeable based on “free will”. Fate is the karma, The Law of Cause and Effect. Tragic incidents sometimes is considered ill-fated and lucks are also considered good fate. Fate is like a ping pong ball that can be flicked in either direction. It is the pendulum of life experiences.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” ~ Carl Jung. What famous Swiss psychologist meant is that the unconscious (the creator) part of your soul plays out as the destiny; and the conscious (the destroyer) part of your soul plays out as fate. This is the wheel of life.
You heal, work and integrate your consciousness to change fate. Because you are a spiritual being living a human experience, you were given the choice of “free will” to make decisions of the good and bad. Fate is what you heal, destiny is what you become. Destiny is purpose and fate is experience.
As you can see, there is a much higher purpose of Twin Flames and their objectives. The mission carries on…
